I have introduced the benefits of EAA on the past few blogs.
Today, I will explain what is BCAA and its benefits.
BCAA contains the 3 essential amino acids out of 9 essential amino acids.
Valine, leucine, isoleucine.
They are helpful for body making.
If you have read my past few blogs, you might think that EAA is better than BACC since EAA has more amino acids.
You need to take all of the 9 essential amino acids to build muscles, and you need to take more amount of 3 essential amino acids from BCAA than the other 6 essential amino acids.
Are you wondering you should take BCAA or EAA?
If you are not able to take more proteins in your meals, you should take EAA.
If you are able to take a lot of protein in your meals and want to gain, you should take BCAA.
On my next blog, I will introduce my recommendation of BCAA.
